2003-2006 Dodge Viper / 2004-2006 Dodge Ram SRT10 Boundary oil pump gears. These gears are available with or without heat treat coating.
Boundary oil pump gears are 100% manufactured in our Dallas, Texas production facility. We start by quenching our chromoly billets from extreme heat and then temper it to tough indestructible core. After machining we apply our ColdFlow surface hardening process and complete it to a Mirror Finish. What does all this give you? It gives you a pump with stability over 9000 RPM, proven in excess of 1000whp, with higher efficiency, less friction, and backed by one of the industry’s best warranties.

The MartenWear surface heat treatment provides an incredibly hard and wear-resistant surface with a low friction coefficient.
If your timing cover has been damaged from engine failure, we have the solution. Your timing cover can be repaired, improved and come to you with these gears already installed! This price does include a $400 core charge that will be refunded when your old cover is received.
This service includes the following:
- Ultrasonic high-temperature bath
- Follow-on-hand removal of gasket material and debris
- Hand removal and inspection of all components
- Welding of failed portions of the cover
- Re-machining and smoothing of welded\damaged areas
- Re-machining of pump pocket
- Stoning and deburring of all surfaces
- Precision surface grinding of pump cover to remove scratches
- All threads chased
- All components reseated with PTFE
- Billet High Flow Gearset installed and pre-lubricated
- Assembly preserved in anti-corrosive lubricant
Enhancements to the pump cavity:
- Custom machined for a gear with 8% more fluid flow
- Relief valve shimmed for increased pressure
